Last week, our oil & gas team attended Oklahoma’s Oil and Natural Gas Expo, the state’s largest industry event! At Steffes, we’re proud to offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO), helping employees give back to their communities while making time for what matters most. 💙

Chris Winhold, procurement manager, recently used his VTO to join Scouting America Troop 1032 for their annual summer camp in Montana.

“Having VTO available allows me to support scouting without decreasing the time I have reserved for family vacations,” Chris said.

We were proud to welcome the Leadership Dickinson class to our headquarters for Energy Day! Joined by Steffes owner and board liaison Suzi Sobolik, who also leads the Leadership Dickinson program, and North Dakota Representative Mike Lefor, students got an inside look at the work happening across our oil and gas, contract manufacturing, and electric thermal storage divisions.
