What a tee-rific time our Grand Forks team had last Friday! hit the greens at Lincoln Golf Course for a golf scramble! It was the perfect day to enjoy some friendly competition, sunshine, and teamwork on the course.

As our interns head back to college for another semester, we’re taking a look back at how they finished off their summer at Steffes.

Our Shelby interns spent the day giving back at Habitat for Humanity in Cleveland County NC helping with miscellaneous tasks around the store before wrapping up the day with some mini golf and bowling! ⛳🎳

Meanwhile, our Dickinson and Grand Forks interns volunteered at House of Manna Inc in Dickinson, helping with cleaning and loading scrap metal. They then headed to Medora to enjoy some mini golf and a visit to the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library! ⛳📚

We’re proud of the time and energy our interns put into giving back to the communities where they worked this summer. Thank you for making a difference, ! 💙

Monday was one for the books! 🤩

in Dickinson had a great time welcoming 3️⃣2️⃣ students and 3️⃣ faculty members from North Dakota State University’s Bison to the Bakken program! From touring our facility to talking careers and life in western North Dakota, it was a day filled with great conversations and plenty of Steffes magic.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to inspire future talent through hands-on experiences, build meaningful connections, and showcase what makes Steffes, the Bakken and western North Dakota such a special place to live, work and grow. 💚💛

Making a difference starts with giving back. 💙

in Shelby recently raised $440 in school supplies and monetary donations for James Love Elementary School! These donations will help provide much-needed classroom supplies and support for students and teachers in the upcoming school year.

Since joining Steffes in 2012, Jentry Cooper (left) has become an integral part of our Grand Forks West team!

Jentry recently completed Dale Carnegie of ND & MN training, an opportunity to grow, improve and strengthen his leadership skills.

His supervisor, Adam Dominguez (right), shared, “Jentry consistently looks for opportunities to grow, improve, and strengthen his leadership skills. His commitment to personal and professional development is a great example for those around him.”

It was all fun and games for at this year’s Corporate Cup hosted by the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce! 💪

From kickball and co****le to volleyball and more, our team brought the competition, teamwork and plenty of fun. 🤣

We’re always up for a little friendly competition, and it’s even better when we get to do it together! 🤩
