Big work happening behind the scenes at our Mt. Wilson site!

In early March, our team installed a stormwater management system designed to protect the access road during heavy storms. By creating carefully planned ditches and channels, runoff is slowed, captured, and safely redirected before it can cause erosion, flooding, or damage to the roadway.

It’s the kind of infrastructure work most people never see - but it plays a huge role in protecting the site and keeping long-term access safe and reliable.

We’re proud to announce that Mark Yinger, formerly President of eciConstruction, has stepped into his new role as President of eciGroup, where he will now oversee all five subsidiary companies.

In 2026, Mark will celebrate 33 years with the company - a journey that began in the field and evolved through estimating, project management, and multiple executive leadership roles. Over the years, Mark has worn many hats, worked from many offices, and built an unmatched understanding of our companies and how they operate.

His hands-on experience, steady leadership, and deep institutional knowledge have shaped who we are today and continue to guide where we’re headed next.
