These clients had an older walkway that was in need of some TLC. They wanted something different. They especially didn't want any bright white concrete. So we were tasked with matching their stone boarders. This lovely couple made an excellent choice for a base color. I worked my magic with the release choice to give it the depth and boom.... We made the magic happen. This walkway turned out absolutely gorgeous!!

One of our favorite families to work for needed a new restroom in their basement. We had nothing but space and opportunity. We framed in 3 rooms. A laundry room, a restroom and the utility room with the water heater. We didn't have a lot of headroom to work with, so everything we did counted. Once the sheetrock was hung and finished, we topped it off with a cranberry and white paint job. Installed the rubber baseboard and called it a day! Clients were thrilled and so are we!

This covered porch was added 3 years ago. Whoever installed it, used lamenant panels instead of any kind of outdoor rated materials. So naturally mother nature did what it does. We removed all of the old lamenant and installed pressure treated plywood. We slapped a fresh coat of white paint in them as well as touching up the rest of their soffit and beams. The end results speak for themselves. It's vital to use the correct materials for the needed application.

We were tasked with replacing small, non-functioning windows with larger double hung windows. We had to remove the old windows, open up the block wall, and frame the new openings. Once the new windows and trim were installed, it gave the whole home a different feel. Stay tuned tho, a Christmas tree window in the front is coming soon!!! What started out as a simple cut and dry deck re-hab, turned into quite the project. Once we started replacing rotten decking boards, we soon realized the extent of the decay. We replaced posts, band boards and sistered Joyce's. Slapped on the new decking boards followed by a beautiful dark walnut paint. Trimmed everything in white and added vinyl hand rails all the way around. Topped off with solar caps on all corners. We painted the front deck to match the back and this beautiful property has all of its curb appeal back! The clients were awesome and beyond thrilled with the final product.

This was a fun project! The clients wanted to bring their home back to life. We started by rehabbing the screened in porch. Replaced all rotting wood, screens, door, steps and to top it off a new paint job. But we weren't finished there! We stained their fence, washed the house and hung a new screen door in the front. This property looks and feels completely different. The best part is how happy our customers are, they couldn't believe the final product! Stay tuned tho, we're not finished here yet. Our client wanted two garage doors and a new entrance door installed. Said that she wanted the garage to be more functional and look better. She was tired of seeing that when she got home. Talk about a transformation! We removed all of the old and rotting materials. Installed new framing, new siding and a new canopy to exit the garage.
