What started out as a simple cut and dry deck re-hab, turned into quite the project. Once we started replacing rotten decking boards, we soon realized the extent of the decay. We replaced posts, band boards and sistered Joyce's. Slapped on the new decking boards followed by a beautiful dark walnut paint. Trimmed everything in white and added vinyl hand rails all the way around. Topped off with solar caps on all corners. We painted the front deck to match the back and this beautiful property has all of its curb appeal back! The clients were awesome and beyond thrilled with the final product.

This was a fun project! The clients wanted to bring their home back to life. We started by rehabbing the screened in porch. Replaced all rotting wood, screens, door, steps and to top it off a new paint job. But we weren't finished there! We stained their fence, washed the house and hung a new screen door in the front. This property looks and feels completely different. The best part is how happy our customers are, they couldn't believe the final product! Stay tuned tho, we're not finished here yet. Our client wanted two garage doors and a new entrance door installed. Said that she wanted the garage to be more functional and look better. She was tired of seeing that when she got home. Talk about a transformation! We removed all of the old and rotting materials. Installed new framing, new siding and a new canopy to exit the garage. Our client had a failing pergola, literally being held in by that light. Kudos to the manufacturer! However, it was a safety issue and could cause potential water issues in the house. We removed the failing wood. After which we put new siding up to close the gap that was left. In the end we have a much safer deck and a happy client! We had the opportunity to work on a beautiful old home. Nothing like replacing decking boards that are this old. They did their job for several generations, but being replaced was over due.
