Have you ever seen an A/C Suit???
This one was previously used by Astronauts!
The copper pipes are woven throughout the entire suit, which very much replicates the cooling technology in modern A/C systems (minus a fan)!
A similar concept would be a Radiant floor heating system but with the opposite effect. This image was taken at the Space Foundation Discovery Center.
