Before && Afters of a shingle over job in Dixon. Customer had some aged shingles that were in great shape just reaching the end of their lifespan. So with the rather outstanding condition they were in after 20 years it was not necessary to tear them off as Illinois state code allows two layers of shingles. To save the customer some money I went ahead and laid all new Owen’s Corning Oakwood shingles right over them. Tore off the old vent and Ridge cap and replace that with a new update updated Owens Corning vent as well as the matching cap. Now the customer can rest assured for the next 20+ years that their garage roof is A-OK! 💪🏻🫡🇺🇸

Customer in Manilus wanted some new flooring in her son’s room and bathroom as well as a custom faux fireplace/ tv wall. We installed high quality LVP in the bedroom and bathroom followed up with some qtr round trim. We then moved onto a custom faux fireplace/tv wall in the living room. Turned out great and the customer was more than happy! Got a project you want done let us know 🫡🇺🇸

First off, let me start by saying I’m the worst at taking before pictures. On that note, the first two pictures are HVAC vents that are located in the unit. This unit has been occupied by the same tenant for over 15 years, and that tenant was a very heavy smoker. I was called to take this job on not knowing what I got into. Not only was all of the walls and ceilings coded in ni****ne, but the previous tenant must’ve had a very bad anger problem as well. There were several fist size holes even head size holes in the drywall that I had to first repair before I began anything. While doing all of the drywall repair I also did all of the screw and nail hole repair repairs as well. We then washed the walls and treated the walls and ceilings with Kilz primer (2 coats). Then using a very high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint we painted the entire unit. Walls ceilings everything!!! to say it was a task is pretty obvious. But the end result is satisfying. Now all that’s left to do for the maintenance crew at this rental location is for them to apply the baseboards put in new trim and swap out some doors. I suggested some cabinetry work as well. All in all the difference is night and day. If only I had pictures of what it looked like before to show you. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️💪🏻🫡🇺🇸

ADA compliant wheel chair ramp in Dixon 🫡🇺🇸 the customer required an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp added to their existing deck so we did just that.

Single-story home roof completed in Dixon just in time to protect them from today’s storms. Using the 30-year Castlebrook architectural shingles this home not only has a water tight sealed roof, but it also looks much much better than the outdated shingles that were previously on it. 🫡🇺🇸

After completing the Amboy deck we then moved onto a 6 foot shadowbox privacy fence in the backyard, so that the dogs could run freely and the kids could play.  now that they have a sense of privacy and containment for therefore legged friends that backyard is complete.

20’ x 10’ deck for a customer in Amboy. This customer wanted to get rid of the old sagging concrete steps in front of their home and make the curb appeal absolutely stand out. I believe we achieved just that. Using the finest AC2 treated lumber we could get we constructed them this beautiful 20’ x 10’ deck. To make it pop even more the customer decided to go with the 30 inch black aluminum spindles which really set it off. With little ones running around and a few four legged friends we also added a matching front gate at the top of the deck. Assuring that gate would never sag we installed a rolling caster on the bottom for easy access in and out. This deck turned out amazing.
