Today we're honoring someone truly special: Kathy DeWaard, is celebrating an incredible 41 years with Energy Economics, Inc. this week and then she is off to enjoy her retirement!
Four decades is more than a career... it's a legacy! For over 40 years, Kathy has been one of the voices of EEI. Chances are, if you've called our office anytime in the last four decades, you've talked to her. She has been a constant presence through almost every chapter of EEI's story, bringing dedication, warmth, and an unmatched work ethic to everything she did. Through changes in the industry, the team, and the company itself, Kathy remained one of our steadiest and most valued team members.
Anyone who's worked alongside Kathy knows the difference she's made. Not just in the work she's done, but in the kind of person she's been to do it alongside. That's a rare and wonderful thing, and we're endlessly grateful for it.
Kathy, thank you for 41 years of hard work, loyalty, and heart. You've helped this company become what it is today, and that impact doesn't retire with you, it stays.
Wishing you a retirement filled with relaxation, adventure, and all the things you've been looking forward to. You've absolutely earned every bit of it!
