Throwback Thursday to celebrate an incredible milestone!

We’re looking back and celebrating 20 years of dedication from our Regional Superintendent, Doug Berger, at McCON Building Corporation! 🎉

Throughout his combined time at McCON, Doug has helped build more than just projects—he's helped build our team, our culture, and our reputation for quality. Since first joining McCON and later returning to the team, his leadership, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on our employees, clients, and the communities we serve.

From jobsite challenges to project successes, Doug has always led by example and continues to be someone our team can count on every day.

Doug, thank you for your 20 years of hard work, loyalty, and leadership. We appreciate everything you've done to help make McCON what it is today, and we're excited for what the future holds. 👏🎉

🎉 The Culver's of Selma, NC officially opened in July! We're so grateful to ownership for trusting us to get this project across the finish line.

The Culver's of Sussex, WI officially opened its doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 13th — the perfect way to wrap up construction! 🎉

Huge thanks to S&L Properties for trusting McCON with this project, and a big shout out to Justin, the entire McCON team, and all our trade partners who brought this location to life. 👏

🎉 Celebrating 30 Years with McCON! 🎉

This week, we're proud to celebrate Ron and his incredible 30-year work anniversary with McCON!

For the past three decades, Ron has been a very valuable part of our team. As Shipping & Receiving at our Dodgeville, WI shop, he plays a vital role in our daily operations. From receiving incoming orders and preparing weekly shipments to organizing the weekly workloads for our jobs, Ron helps keep everything running efficiently. No matter the task, he wears many hats and is always willing to step in wherever he's needed.

Ron has made a lasting impact on our company through his hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment. His reliability and positive attitude have earned the respect of his coworkers and made him an important part of the McCON family.

Congratulations, Ron, on this incredible milestone!

The Culver's of Ashland, OH celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 7th. Ricky's message to our team was incredibly kind:

"McCON and their team did an impeccable job on the build! The crew demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality that is evident in every aspect of the finished building. This store models everything that the Culver's brand represents. Thank you for being such a great partner, and we look forward to all of the projects ahead."

The Culver's of North Liberty, IA opened in June, and what an amazing first month they've had! We're so grateful to ownership for choosing McCON to build this Culver's, and we're still blushing about the heartfelt message we received from them on opening day:

"I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all of the hard work you put into our new Culver's! Craig always says that we aren't in the food business; we are in the people business, and that is the exact reason we choose McCon to build our stores and do the remodels. YOU are the reason we choose McCon. We can trust all of you through the process to get things done and to get them done the right way."
