Vita features 80 luxury condominium residences divided into three sections: Mare, Luce, and Sole, each designed with a strong focus on privacy, functionality, and high-end living.
One of the most unique aspects of the project is the inclusion of individual private garages for residents. Throughout the driveway, multiple jet fans were installed to continuously recirculate air and achieve the required air changes, all enclosed within custom architectural housings designed to integrate seamlessly with the building.
The project also includes advanced CO/NO2 gas detection systems located throughout both the driveway and the private garages to maintain safety and ventilation performance at all times.
Projects like Vita require constant coordination and collaboration between architects, engineers, general contractors, and every trade involved throughout construction.
Through extensive BIM and 3D modeling coordination alongside CMC, we were able to maximize ceiling heights while maintaining proper accessibility to all mechanical equipment for future maintenance and service.
At Vita, every detail was carefully coordinated long before installation, helping create a cleaner, more efficient project in the field.
