Projects like this are about more than what gets built - they’re about the people they’re built for.

We were grateful to stand alongside the City of North Miami Beach for the ceremonial signing of the Washington Park project, a future space designed to bring the community together and support opportunity and growth for generations to come.

Looking forward to breaking ground in June 2026.
