Collection Suites 2.0 is officially complete. It was great to celebrate the grand opening alongside the ownership team and partners who helped bring the project to life.

Built adjacent to the existing property in Doral, this second phase includes 14 luxury storage suites ranging from 2,800 to 7,100 square feet, along with a new entertainment clubhouse. A meaningful milestone for the project and everyone involved.

Last Friday marked the grand opening of the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center in Panama City, FL. Sharing this milestone on MLK Day feels especially meaningful, as the center reflects Dr. King’s legacy of service, equity, and community.

This 30,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility brings sports, fitness, creativity, and technology together, featuring indoor basketball courts, a fitness center, STEM lab, recording studio, culinary teaching kitchen, arts space, community rooms, and outdoor recreation areas for all ages to play, learn, and connect.

It’s been a long road since Hurricane Michael, but the center is now ready to support new connections, programs, and opportunities for years to come - a project we’re proud to have helped restore to the community.
