Project Spotlight: Miller Zell Addition | City of South Fulton, Fulton County, GA

We're excited to share an active construction project in the City of South Fulton for Miller Zell, a national leader in retail experience design and ex*****on.

This warehouse addition expands the company's existing headquarters campus, delivering a modern product logistics facility that supports consolidated operations and strengthened competitiveness in a prime industrial location with strong access to the Atlanta market.

Here's what we delivered:

- Approximately 130,700 sq ft warehouse addition

- 110 new parking spaces

- Full truck court, drives, and pavement improvements with reduced interior road grades for smoother tractor-trailer access

- Underground stormwater management facility with 5 runs of 7-foot-diameter perforated CMP, each approximately 232 feet long, providing nearly 80,000 cubic feet of storage for extended detention and channel protection --- Mass grading, new storm sewer infrastructure, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and walking trails

- Utility extensions and site improvements supporting the expanded industrial operations

This project required close coordination across multiple jurisdictions, including the Land Disturbance Permit with the City of South Fulton, sanitary sewer with Fulton County, water service with the City of Atlanta, and an easement encroachment agreement with the City of East Point.

Project Spotlight: Tidwell Traffic Solutions Warehouse | Douglas County, GA

We're excited to share a recently completed project right here in Douglas County for Tidwell Traffic Solutions.

This commercial warehouse and logistics facility sits off McIntosh Road near Veterans Memorial Highway, offering strong connectivity for operators serving the Atlanta corridor.

Here's what we delivered:

- 20,000 sq ft warehouse with multiple overhead doors and dedicated concrete loading pads

- Approximately 23,950 sq ft gravel storage yard

- Paved parking, drives, and a full truck court

- On-site bioretention basin and dry extended detention pond sized for runoff reduction and water quality

- Connection to the Douglasville Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority system

- Detached office with on-site septic system

- Site improvements including 8-foot black vinyl chain link fencing with opaque screening, sliding and swing access gates, curb and gutter, sidewalks, a deceleration lane, and structural zoning buffers

Project Spotlight: The Truck Farm | Douglasville, GA

We're excited to share a recently completed project right here in Douglas County.

The Truck Farm is a new commercial truck and trailer parking facility located off McIntosh Road near Veterans Memorial Highway, just minutes from Hwy 92 and within 10 minutes of I-20, making it a prime location for logistics and transportation operators in the Atlanta corridor.

Here's what we delivered:

185 gravel semi truck and trailer parking stalls (75'x12')
8 additional gravel parking stalls (20'x9')
1,200 sqft entrance and welcome building
On-site stormwater detention
Connection to Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority
On-site septic system design
