Taken under the wing of a knowledgeable handyman in his teen years, Lawton Brock developed a taste for home improvement and was eager for more. After buying his first house with his future wife Kodi, together they worked on all of their home improvements to make their little house into a home. In 2008, one year after getting married, Lawton and Kodi started looking for a new house outside of the c
ity, one more suited to their tastes and wants. They stumbled upon a perfect log home nestled away in Dover, Ohio that was everything they wanted. Confident with their home improvement skills, they were ready to know more about maintaining the exterior. After educating themselves about log homes, their maintenance & finding a need for it in the area, they decided to use their new passion to open the doors of Brandywine Construction & Restoration in 2009! 10+ years later the business and team have grown, and so has the Brock family!
