I travel with a team of 15 doing construction.
It's like an exhausting circus production, and I love it.
What I dont love, is the dozens of people before me that know the code to my rental house. Along with repair people and some workers once in a while.

is the sh!zzle, you gotta check this thing out. (It does full color/ HD and my default setting)

The wyze platform is so solid and so cheap.
My granny and I have been using for a couple years. I just jumped on board as well.
You only pay if want to record to their servers.
Which unfortunately this camera doesn't have a card slot, because its 3M taped to the door.
Since I don't have time for fixing paint peal or damage to doors and walls.
@ $3/mth for 1 camera or $10 for unlimited.


Most of their cameras have micro SD card slots (this might be the only one that doesnt).
Which allows you to records to the card.
Then pull up triggered events on the app for free.
Its pretty amazing.

I use both

Whats even cooler is that you can then take those notifications on events. Push to and have thousands of different automated responses.
Trigger Lights, heat, music..etc.

I personally know someone that works at the public water filtration plant in Chicago. He's told me how they dump large amounts of additives to "sanitize" the water.
Beyond that, there's carcinogenic chemicals found in tap water all over the United States: Including Fluoride, Chlorine, Lead, Mercury, PCB's, Arsenic, Perchorate (Colorado River), DDT (insecticide), HCB (pesticide), Dacthal (herbicide), MtBE.
Many cites across america are also testing positive of "forever chemicals"
Ok lets end this "debate" on Fluoride, here's what it is:
A chemical byproduct of industrial waste, like phosphate fertilizer mining and production. The fluoride gases released during the manufacture of synthetic fertilizers used in chemical-based agriculture are trapped by large “wet scrubbers” that turn them into liquids and/or powders, which are then hauled off to municipal water departments to be injected into the water piped into your home.
That same Fluoride is far from pharmaceutical grade, and does not undergo any type of purification before being added to water. Today, approximately 72 percent of Americans with homes connected to a community water supply receive fluoridated water [source: Pew]. This is problematic in and of itself because many other harmful chemicals such as arsenic and lead are oftentimes present in addition to the fluoride. These chemicals, as you may already know, are both known carcinogens.
Imagine whats going on inside your body if you smoke, drink tap water and an unhealthy diet. You're not giving your body a fighting chance to survive.
On April 12, 2010, Time magazine listed fluoride as one of the “Top Ten Common Household Toxins” and described fluoride as both “neurotoxic and potentially tumorigenic if swallowed.” In Europe, fluoride is rarely added to water supplies. In Britain, only about 10 percent of the population has fluoridated water. It has been a controversial issue there, with critics arguing people shouldn’t have “medical treatment” forced on them. Truth be told, in almost every country in the world (including the USA), it’s against the law to “mass medicate” an entire population with a substance that everyone admits is toxic.

I cant even find a 10" flouride water filter to put into this 3 stage system. Which has me thinking of moving to a Berkey gravity system.

Im REALLY excited about this & recipe I just came up with.

Its naturally , if you dont touch the brew for 30 days.

The film on top will grow into a thick and suction itself to the walls of the vessel. Connverting sugar to yeast. Growing a new scoby every 30 days.

, sugar and After 30 days, you filter it. Then add a flavor to the batch, lik more sugar and bottle it up for another week.
Then its ready for consumption.

My next project is a gut rehab on 13 of 18 buildings, at a Palm Desert, CA golf resort.

440 units total (maybe 900sq ft)
1 building every 21 day.
14 days of actual production.
7 days of finish/punch
take on a new building every 7 days.
🤔💭 Done in 4 months if I had it my way.

its not hard to find problems.
My approach is to focus on red flags, everything else will solve itself

The 4 M's.

1 Money = production
2 Manpower = production
3 Material = production
4 Mandates(permits) = production

Crucial documents and tips that change everything.

Project plans, blueprints. pre-ordered materials, detailed production schedule, contractors schedule, daily 8am meetings. Weekly ownership meetings, Daily task log and lots of pictures for everyone involved.
