New hardwood flooring is being installed throughout the entire home in our Bluebell project before we reface the kitchen. This house from the late 1800s is now modernized. The third floor of the home, which was an unfinished attic was finished into an additional bonus room. We also installed new windows, roofing, updated the bathroom, a three zone mini split system to condition the entire home, and carpet. The original hardwood floors on the first floor were salvaged and refinished, keeping some of the original charm!

Another beautiful and functional kitchen is complete! Removing walls and opening up the foyer by widening hallways gave this first floor remodel a new feel and blank slate for the kitchen design. The custom built in drop zone in the laundry room is a great feature that gives this family tons of extra needed storage.

When undergoing a remodel, most people think of a kitchen or bathroom renovation. A foyer or entryway may not be on the top of your mind when selecting what space to renovate next, but it can make a huge difference with the feel of your home. This project involved removing an outdated curved staircase, installing a new modern staircase and handrails, refinishing the hardwood floors on the second floor, and installing matching hardwood in the foyer. Coordination was key, making sure the old stairs were removed and the new stairs were installed in a single day so the family did not have to move out during the project.
