Did a maintenance on this customer's home. Found cap for condensing fan was out of tolerance and the insulation was unglued and being sucked up into the blower motor causing an air flow restriction. Luckily she called us to come out so we can get her all set up for the summer at a reasonable cost! Everything has been adjusted and is now working beautifully.

Just did a maintenance on my unit and found run cap out of tolerance and will give out! Recommend getting your guys checked before the summer hits to make sure it will not fail on you in the hottest part of the season!
