Requirements for all positions
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass drug testing
• Flexibility to work dayshift, nightshift, and weekends based upon customer requests
• Working in confined spaces, hot environments, and on elevated surfaces
• Ability to lift heavy objects frequently to continuously

Welder / Millwright / Pipefitter / Boilermaker
• Weld anchors, piping, plates, tube ends and other items as applicable to each job
• Piping – thread or welded
• Fabrication of various designs
• Rebuild valves, repack valves
• Change bearings
• Drag chain, auger, and conveyor repair
• Tube replacement

Preferred Skills
General Construction, stick, mig, and tig welding, structural welding

Brick Mason / Mason helper / Concrete Finisher
• Perform installation of brick refractories
• Perform installation of castable refractories – a concrete like material resistant to heat
• Perform installation of plastic refractories – a moldable clay masonry material resistant to heat
• Operate gunnite nozzle
• Moving brick and castable materials
• Mixing mud and mortar
• Running a brick saw for precise cuts
• Demolition of existing material and removal of debris (includes use of pneumatic tear-out guns)

Preferred Skills
General Construction, Brick Laying, Forming, Framing, roofing, drywall, scaffolding, shotcrete, pool installation

General Laborer
Load and unload construction materials to and from work areas
• Erect/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, etc.
• Mix/pour & spread materials such as concrete and mortars
• Can assist welders, bricklayers, and concrete finishers
• Assist in demolition projects (using prying bars, jackhammers and other tools) Removal of rubble and debris at construction sites (using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, other equipment)
• Operation of pneumatic tools as required and directed
• Tend and feed machines such mixers, compressors and pumps

Duties May Include But Not Limited To
• Load and unload construction materials to and from work areas
• Erect/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, etc.
• Mix/pour & spread materials such as concrete and mortars
• Can assist welders, bricklayers, and cement finishers
• Assist in demolition projects (using prying bars, jackhammers and other tools) Removal of rubble and debris at construction sites (using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, other equipment)
• Operation of pneumatic tools as required and directed
• Tend and feed machines such mixers, compressors and pumps

Personal Qualities Required
• Ability to work in outside (cold and hot temperatures)
Must have the stamina to work on your feet for long periods of time (10-12 hours each day)
• Must be able to lift 50 # continuously
• Must be punctual, reliable, show an eagerness to learn, and willingness to follow instructions
• Must be in good physical condition and enjoy working with your hands
• Must be able to limit your cell phone usage to breaks only (this includes text messaging)
• Must show attention to SAFETY and the prevention of injuries on the job

Pay Range: $15-$20 Based on experience
