I had the great privilege of spending some time with one of our up and coming leaders Josh Todd here at Kelso Industries and WALLACE ELECTRIC COMPANY INC.

I was impressed with Josh’s desire to ensure Wallace and the team is working safely and also bringing in world class talent.

Josh showed me one of the tests he and the team are using for electrical interviews. For something so simple, he and his team can quickly learn the qualification of a potential new team member. Well done Josh and team!

We talked about our plans for the future of Wallace and I couldn’t be more excited. The future is bright and I’m thankful for great leaders like Josh who show up everyday and bring their A game to ensure their business and Kelso is set up for success for many years to come!

Last week, we celebrated $1B in revenue for Kelso. It was a great event, full of laughter, fun, and discussions about where we are headed next. Founders Steve Carroll and Steven Nicholson have led this impressive growth in just 4 years. It's still Day 1 here at Kelso!
