Meet Richie Gonzalez, Project Manager at The Shop Fine Millwork.

Richie was born and raised in Central Texas and began his career in construction, remodeling, and building homes alongside his father while studying psychology at Texas State University. With over 24 years of experience, Richie has held a variety of roles, including installation foreman, millwork engineer, and project manager.

Richie enjoys the complexity of custom millwork and the strategic approach each project requires. He knows that communication, planning, and coordination are key to a successful outcome.

When Richie isn’t working with the Shop team, you can find him outdoors hunting, fishing, traveling, or spending time near the water. We’re proud to have him on the team!

• Earn up to $28/hour + benefits
• Monday – Friday (no weekends)
• Shop located in Dripping Springs
