Customer called about a newly installed “septic pump” that wasn’t working properly. The original installer ghosted them and wouldn’t answer their calls. Come to find out, they had installed a standard residential sump pump.

We were able to source and install a properly sized effluent pump. Their septic system is now working as it should.
