⚾ A project we're excited to share!

Earlier this year, Garbutt Construction Company completed the Steverson Family Baseball Facility at Georgia Southern University, and we're proud to share a closer look at the finished project!

Overlooking J.I. Clements Stadium, this impressive facility features modern spaces designed to support player development and enhance the Eagle Baseball program.

And we have to admit, there are certainly worse views from a jobsite! With a front-row view of the baseball field, our team had the added perk of catching a little Eagle baseball practice while bringing this project to life. After all, who wouldn't enjoy America's favorite pastime as their backdrop at work?

We're grateful to Georgia Southern University and our project partners for the opportunity to bring this exciting addition to campus. It's a project we're proud to have been part of, and we look forward to seeing it serve generations of Eagles to come!

Hail Southern! 🦅

A great way to celebrate a finished project — surrounded by the people who will use it.
We recently completed renovations at St. James Catholic School, including new classrooms and a new common area, giving students and faculty refreshed spaces to learn, gather, and connect.
Following Sunday service, the school held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of the project, followed by a blessing of the new spaces.
We were proud to celebrate alongside the St. James community and our architect partners at Felder and Associates, who joined us for the ribbon cutting.
Leadership was thrilled with the finished project, and we’re excited to see these new spaces put to good use.
Congratulations to St. James Catholic School!

Recently, we had the privilege of gathering in beautiful Savannah to celebrate our 50th anniversary, a milestone that means so much to the Garbutt Construction family.

What began in Dublin, Georgia, in 1976 has grown into something far greater than buildings and projects. Over the past five decades, we’ve built lasting relationships, formed lifelong friendships, and had the opportunity to work alongside some truly remarkable people.

As we celebrated this milestone, we were reminded that the heart of Garbutt has always been its people. From the employees who have dedicated their talents and years of service to our company, to the clients who have placed their trust in us, the industry partners who have worked alongside us, and the families and friends who have supported us along the way — each has played a part in our story.

We are incredibly proud of the legacy that began 50 years ago, but even more grateful for the people who have helped carry it forward.

To everyone who joined us in Savannah, and to all who have been part of the Garbutt story over the years, thank you. You have made these 50 years something truly worth celebrating.

Here's to honoring where we began, celebrating how far we've come, and looking forward to all that lies ahead!

Another great project is in the books! 🐾

Garbutt Construction Company is proud to announce the completion of The Dog Stop in Savannah. In just under four months, our team transformed a former karaoke bar into a modern, state-of-the-art facility featuring dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.

While the howling may continue, these days it's coming from happy pups instead of karaoke singers.

A sincere thank you to our client, project partners, and everyone whose hard work and dedication made this transformation possible. We appreciate the opportunity to bring another quality project to life in the Savannah community and wish The Dog Stop team continued success in their new home!

The finished facility is a testament to what can be accomplished through collaboration, dedication, and a shared commitment to excellence.
