On March 17, 2014 I started a new direction in owning and operating, Outlaw Restoration & Construction. In the fall of 2004 I began insurance adjusting, with the help of Jimmy Fair, due to hurricanes, (Ivan, Jean, Charlie, & Francis). After approximately 1 year I moved to Mobile, Alabama to help with Hurricane Katrina. Over the next few years I continued working as an adjuster on storm damage, but
in 2009 I left Allied American Adjusting, and began to work with Wardlaw Claims Service in Waco, Texas. As an adjuster it was nice to be able to work in a field that allowed me to travel and help people when they needed it the most. Due to hurricanes don't occur every year I needed to find a way to stabilize my yearly income and began to work with Les Branson Restoration & Construction in January 2010. I was able to bring the talents of adjusting into the construction & restoration of homes. Now instead of just writing an estimate for an Insurance Company and hoping they were able to find a trustworthy contractor, I would be there contractor. Since 2010 I started working more in the construction and water restoration area, and less in the adjusting field. In March of 2014 I decided to start my own company, Outlaw Restoration & Construction. I felt with aging and not wanting to travel as much this was a direction I needed to go. Crystal, my wife, and I felt this was the time to go in this direction. As for my experience here is a list of some of my areas to be able to help; 10 years of insurance property claim experience; IICRC certified in applied structural drying; 5 years of experience in drying and restoring water, fire, & smoke damage to property; in construction whether roofing, siding, gutters, fencing, windows, doors, floors, drywall, painting, or trim I have expert sub-contractors to help with the project. I work mainly with homeowners that file a claim with there insurance and need; emergency services such as air movers and dehumidifiers. As a general contractor I can dry the dwelling and then repair the dwelling back to where it was before the damage or better. As an adjuster I can make sure your insurance carrier is treating you fairly to help make sure there is enough money to complete the work with little money out of your pocket. My company also can help even when there is no insurance involved, such as adding a new addition or remodeling your dwelling. In the past months of 2014 we have completed many roofing, construction, & drying jobs and hope in the future if you have a need you might give Outlaw Restoration & Construction an opportunity to work with you.
