Had a customer’s old AC system go down during what we’re hoping is the last heat wave of the year! ☀️🥵
With the existing system being nearly 50 years old, the customer decided it was time to replace the entire system rather than continue putting money into an aging unit.

We installed a new Heil 96% efficient gas furnace paired with a 15 SEER2 air conditioner. ❄️🔥

The customer was extremely happy with the results and complimented us on how great the new system is working!

Another old system replaced with a reliable, efficient setup ready to keep them comfortable for years to come. 👍

❄️ Another home, another level of comfort!
Today we installed a HEIL Deluxe Mini Split on the second story of this home, giving the homeowners the ability to stay comfortable anywhere in the house. 🌡️🏠

HEIL Deluxe Mini Splits offer:
✅ 10-Year Parts Warranty
✅ 10-Year No-Hassle Warranty
✅ Efficient, reliable comfort
✅ Zoned temperature control

Whether you need to cool down an upstairs bedroom, warm up a finished space, or add comfort to an area your existing system struggles with, a mini split can be a great solution.

Comfort where you need it, when you need it!

A great customer of ours recently reached out for help with the HVAC system in a home he had just purchased.
We upgraded the system from an electric furnace and traditional A/C system to a high-efficiency gas furnace paired with an inverter heat pump. This gives him excellent efficiency and comfort in both heating and cooling seasons.

We also reconfigured the furnace by rotating it 180° and backing it up against the basement wall, creating a cleaner and more practical installation.

Another upgrade that improves comfort, efficiency, and the overall setup of the home!

✅ Gas furnace
✅ Inverter heat pump
✅ High-efficiency heating & cooling
✅ Improved equipment layout
✅ Better comfort and energy efficiency

We appreciate our customers trusting us with their homes! If your HVAC system is outdated or you're looking to improve efficiency and comfort, give us a call — we’d be happy to help.

We recently had the pleasure of updating the HVAC system for one of our long‑time customers in their new rental home. The property previously relied on an old wood stove and a gas furnace that were no longer safe to operate.
On the main floor, we installed a new gas furnace and AC system, tying everything into the existing ductwork for efficient airflow and reliable comfort.
The second floor received a complete, standalone HVAC system featuring a heat pump paired with an electric furnace.
With both systems in place, the home now has full temperature control throughout, improved safety, and year‑round comfort.

Out with the old, in with high-efficiency comfort! When our customer’s aging HVAC system finally called it quits, they were ready for a serious upgrade. We installed a Heil Crossover system featuring advanced inverter technology—capable of keeping the home warm even when temperatures drop to -22°F. Best of all, they can look forward to lower energy bills year-round!
