After experiencing years of recurring issues, as evidenced by multiple service calls, our customer has made the decision to upgrade to a new Heil HVAC system. This system comes with a 10-year parts warranty and a 20-year heat exchanger warranty on the gas furnace. Please contact us for all your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Our customer benefited from a mini-split installation in their sunroom, which was designed to meet their specific needs. A floor mount unit was selected to avoid a high wall installation. The room is now a comfortable space that can be used throughout the year, unlike before when it was often too hot in the summer. Also customer will enjoy a 10 year parts warranty as well as 10 no hassle (excluding electrical boards). So if they were to have compressor failure inside warranty they would receive not a new compressor but a new outdoor unit!
