🔨 Flooring is one of our specialties. We found an unusual particle board flooring we have only seen twice before. This particular subfloor holds moisture causes very bad smells. As you can see, there are some dark spots and dry rot spots. In our experience we found it is best to paint and seal to remove smells and future proof the subfloor.

We came in to install flooring and found a sagging ceiling portion which meant someone previously removed a load bearing wall which is causing this section to sag. Lots of work to be done!
