At HODGE, forklift operators play a critical role in keeping our operations moving safely and efficiently. Their work requires focus, skill, and a commitment to safety every day. Whether it's completing a pre-shift inspection, maintaining three points of contact, wearing a seatbelt, or staying alert to pedestrians, every safe decision matters.

Our safety motto says it best: No job is so important, and no task is so urgent, that we cannot do our work safely. At the end of the day, safety is about protecting one another, looking out for our teammates, and making sure everyone returns home to the people who matter most.
