Engineer by day, Boston Marathoner by… early mornings, late nights, and a whole lot of miles.

Big congratulations to Natalie Kreier, Industrial Engineer at HODGE in our Dubuque operation, on finishing the Boston Marathon in 3:03:21, averaging an impressive 7-minute mile pace. That kind of performance doesn’t just happen, it’s built over time through discipline, consistency, and a drive to keep pushing forward.

At HODGE, ambition shows up every day both in the challenges we take on at work and the goals we chase outside of it. We may not catch every moment, but there’s no shortage of it across our teams. 🏃‍♀️🏅

Selected from hundreds of submissions, this recognition reflects the work happening across our operations to identify risk and take action. We are proud of our Safety Team and the standard they continue to set.

Creating real-world connections.

Duncan Marshall, Information Technology Manager at HODGE and adjunct professor at the University of Dubuque, recently brought his Networking II class to the HODGE Headquarters. Students had the chance to see IT in action and get a clearer picture of how what they’re learning shows up in the day-to-day, turning classroom concepts into something real.
