The legendary movie sight is ready for its next big moment as the Minnesota Twins take on the Philadelphia Phillies.

For the Gronen team, this game is especially meaningful. Only a few weeks remain before the restoration of the James Sullivan Building is complete! The dust of construction is giving way to the warmth of home as hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, carpet, and the final details come together. It's always exciting to watch a historic building enter its final phase of transformation.

Owned and managed by Fischer Companies, the completed project will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed for modern living while preserving the building's historic character.

For the first time ever, one of Dubuque's most recognizable landmarks is shining bright.

Congratulations to Dubuque Forward on the successful lighting of the Town Clock. This community-driven initiative demonstrates what can happen when organizations, businesses, and residents come together to invest in the places that define our city.

Seeing the Town Clock illuminated is more than a beautiful sight; it's a celebration of Dubuque's history, its momentum, and the partnerships that continue to shape its future.

A ribbon cutting marks the completion of a project; but for those who worked on the restoration of the Mathias Ham House, it also marks the culmination of thousands of hours of craftsmanship.

Our team is incredibly proud to have played a role in restoring this remarkable 170-year-old home. Every repaired window, restored architectural detail, and carefully preserved historic feature reflects the dedication of Gronen's craftspeople and project team, alongside the expertise of outstanding partners.

Thank you to Dubuque County Historical Society, Heritage Works Dubuque, Stickley Morton Architects, numerous talented craftspeople and contractors, and everyone whose support made this restoration possible. It was an honor to help preserve a piece of Dubuque's history, and we're excited to see the Mathias Ham House continue to inspire visitors for years to come.

Some projects begin with blueprints. Others begin with a belief that something extraordinary is possible.

The Field of Dreams Ballpark was one of those projects.

From the beginning, Gronen worked alongside the project team to evaluate the vision, right-size the budget, and lead the development process, helping transform an ambitious idea into a project that could become reality.

This video shares that journey through the voices of those who helped shape it. We're honored to have played a role in creating a place where the next generation of memories will be made, one game at a time.
