Neat little custom build. I'll try to get more pictures for everyone this year. We're trying to keep up between all The raindrops so far this spring. This is a little 8x12 greenhouse that will be used as storage in the winter.

Restaurants are struggling. They called us to help! They now have a temporary drive-thru to increase food sales! This little 6x8 has an insulated floor and can be moved wherever, whenever! It even has a 50 amp service similar to a camper, so they can have food warmers, air conditioning, and a P.O.S. system.

12x16 barn with a treated decking floor (to accommodate the customer's snowblower dripping off), tall wall, ramp, 50 year Duratemp pre-primed siding, Miratec 50 year trim, and a couple 3x3 vinyl slider house windows.

It always makes us laugh when people order our barns. They are much larger than any of our competitors. The reaction is always the same from the customers. The guy always comes home and sees how big it is and says yes! This thing is awesome! The wife always comes home and says "that thing is way bigger than I thought it would be" giving some what of an evil look to her husband lol! The husband always reassures the wife that it's important that they have this much storage and when it's complete, it will look properly proportioned.
Well, that's where we come in! This guy's life is on the line so it's up to us to make this barn look really nice!
I would also like to point out that you could hang a deer in the front from the truss, being it's over 14' of headroom or wash your car right on the floor because the treated decking allows the water to pass through...

14'x24' cabin with an insulated floor. We had to make our own beams for this building. It's 30' long when you include the front porch. It has a web truss we made and just over 8 foot ceilings. The foundation is set on poured concrete footings, pinned to bedrock with core filled concrete blocks set on top that the customer installed.
The front porch is supported by 2-12' cantilevers that run back into the wall 8'. If you removed the cedar front porch posts, it would self support! This thing can take any snow that accumulates over winter!!
The floor is extremely strong with 2x8 floor joists set every foot, the Gable ends, the end of the deck and where the porch posts are located are doubled joists.
Our customers were very excited with how it turned out! This was a fun project, we will be building them another small building this winter.
