🏠 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELITE ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER

No two days are ever the same!

From checking jobsites and coordinating crews to inspecting unexpected damage and making sure everything is rebuilt correctly, our project managers stay involved from start to finish.

We spent the last two days training with Brie Reis of The Roofing Academy and Elite Roofing & Solar from top to bottom.

Every department. Every process. Every part of the customer experience.

Because building a great company isn’t just about what happens on the roof. It’s about having a team that is willing to learn, adapt, and constantly get better.

Saturday, Elite Roofing was proud to sponsor Mountaineer Main Street in St. Albans and spend the day with our neighbors, friends, and fellow West Virginians.

With the WVU Sports Cheerleaders, band, twirlers, and Mountaineer bringing the spirit to Main Street, it was a pretty great reminder of what makes West Virginia special — our people and the way we come together.
