Meet Chris Imler, our August Behind the Machine Spotlight.

Chris joined the WSTP Finish Department in March and says the best part of working here so far is the people.

When he’s not at work, Chris is an avid marine aquarist who collects ornamental fish and corals from different parts of the world, but mainly Australia, to replicate a home away from home. He’s also getting ready to welcome a new baby soon.

We’re thrilled to have Chris on the team and appreciate his dedication to WSTP.

Meet Jared Ickes, our Behind the Desk spotlight.

Jared has been a valued member of the WSTP team for nine years. Jared started his career in the Finish Department, where he operated both finish saws and cranes.

In 2025, Jared brought his hands-on manufacturing knowledge into the office, transitioning to the Sales & Marketing Department as a Commercial Analyst. His diverse background and operational expertise provide valuable insight to support our customers and business goals.

Jared’s favorite part of working at WSTP is the opportunity to solve problems, continue to learn, and collaborate with great people every day.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, tackling home improvement projects, gaming with friends, and keeping up with NASCAR each week.

We thank Jared for his dedication and service to WSTP! Great Job!
