MSI’s home office and primary fabrication facility are headquartered in Dundas, MN. Increased business volume and growth have led to expansion of a branch office to Madison, Wisconsin in 2006 and Fargo, North Dakota in 2010. We are hiring a Tank Foreman for our Wisconsin office. Are you a lead-from-the-front supervisor with a "get it done right" attitude? We are looking for a high-energy Tank Foreman to oversee the fabrication, installation, and repair of industrial storage tanks. If you have the technical grit to manage a crew and the sharp eye needed for precision welding and safety, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the Line: Manage daily field operations, ensuring crews are hitting milestones safely and on schedule.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise tank assembly, floor and roof layouts, welding sequences, and shell plate fitting.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to API standards (650/653) and OSHA regulations. No shortcuts.
• Problem Solving: Read blueprints, troubleshoot field discrepancies, and coordinate with project managers to keep the job moving.

What You Bring
• Proven Experience: At least 5+ years in tank construction or industrial steel fabrication, with prior experience in a leadership or foreman role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of welding processes and the ability to interpret complex structural drawings.
• Leadership: A track record of mentoring crews and maintaining high morale under tight deadlines.
• Reliability: A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
