Last month, we had the opportunity to take Zoladz Construction Co., Inc.
out to John Deere Dubuque Works for a Gold Key factory tour and delivery experience for their new 1050P dozer.

Not only did the team get the chance to tour the facility and see firsthand how these machines are built, but they were also able to watch their new machine come off the production floor before loading it onto their own trucks that they drove out from New York to haul it back home.

Experiences like this are what make this industry special. Connecting customers directly with the people, craftsmanship, and process behind the equipment they invest in creates a whole different level of appreciation and partnership.

At Five Star Equipment, weโ€™re proud to help create experiences like this and continue building relationships that go far beyond the sale itself.

Today we had the opportunity to host a group of students from the ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ (๐‚๐’๐€๐“) at ๐…๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ซ ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ to give them some exposure to careers within the construction industry.

During the visit we talked about how dealerships like ours play a role in supporting the contractors who are building our communities. While the equipment itself is important, what truly drives success is the support behind it. From helping customers select the right machines to providing parts, service, and product support, our goal is to make sure our customers can keep their operations moving.

One of the biggest topics we discussed was the role relationships play in this industry.

For many contractors, their equipment supplier becomes a long term partner. When it comes time to bid projects and keep jobs moving, having reliable equipment backed by knowledgeable people and strong support systems can make all the difference.

It was great spending time with the students and sharing how our team works alongside our customers to help drive their success. Always happy to invest time in the next generation of the construction workforce.
