You may hear arguments to the contrary, but data centers do increase demand for electricity, either at the center itself or passed on to local electric companies.  Duke Energy along with FPL have already petitioned Tallahassee for rate increases. Some will argue that there is no demand on water...

This home's dinning room, hallway, entryway and living room had a complete face lift with drywall repairs, popcorn ceiling removal ..
And New:
🌼 LVP Flooring
🌼 Baseboards
🌼 Paint - Walls & Ceiling
🌼Light/Fan Fixtures

Unfortunately we were unable to get additional photos of other areas, but I think the ones we were able to get gives the beautiful idea of the transformation.

🌺 This was a fun one!

The owner originally wanted and had a "sunk-in" double oven, and a flat-top stove located on the counter above a double drawer cabinet.

The owner had been having issues with the ovens, and dreamed a new dream of a gas range.
Something we occasionally like to do is solve problems with creativity!

🌺 We relocated the 2-drawers from under the stove top to fill some of the space where the ovens were.
🌺 Above those 2-drawers we installed a shelf which the owner was able to move the microwave off the countertops and onto the shelf.
🌺 We ripped out the rest of the cabinet and cut the countertop to allow for the new gas range.

Although the final product does not look factory made, I think we did an okay job.

Owner was happy with the out come, and we solved multiple problems for her by the end of the day.

A two-story deck!
Beautiful views ❤️

The stairs were rotted along with the first 8ft of upper deck railing near the stairs.

The dock under the stairs was reinforced, and some exposed rotted boards near the top of the stairs were replaced. New stairs and 8ft section of top railing.

This second story deck is now again, accessible!
