- Basic office computer skills (such as Typing, Word, Excel, Email)
- Additional computer skills (such as Quickbooks, Adobe Acrobat) are a plus.
- Certified Notary with stamp would be a plus.
- Ability to use basic office technology (such as computer, printer, copier, phones, ect.)
- Organization and attention to detail.
Job Description
Keep track of day to day basic accounting ( such as current and pending balances, bills due, income coming in, and so on). Keep a running record of in progress projects, including Invoicing and billing of said projects. Collect deposits and payments for scheduled amd completed projects. Manage accounts payable, including upcoming or due bills. Payroll calculations for all employees. Send and respond to Emails promptly and accurately. Answer any incoming phone calls, including possible sales leads and clients calling with questions. Prepare and send construction proposals based on material/labor company pricing. Communicate with customers and potential customers via phone and email.
