Agile Space Industries Closes $17M Series A.
With demand for its propulsion systems on the rise, Agile raised a $17M Series A to ensure it can fulfill its orders without increasing its delivery times, according to CEO Chris Pearson.
The round was led by Caruso Ventures and Howdy Partners, with additional participation from Lockheed Martin Ventures, Veteran Ventures Capital, Denver Ventures, and Cortado Ventures. The Series A brings Agile’s total fundraising to about $40M.

With demand for its propulsion systems on the rise, Agile raised a $17M Series A to ensure it can fulfill its ballooning orders.

Space Test Center has officially broken ground on its new $20M hot-fire testing facility — a major step toward expanding access to the state-of-the-art rocket engine testing infrastructure our industry urgently needs.

This initial $20M phase launches the development of a scalable, multi-phase hot-fire test complex designed to address critical shortages in altitude-capable propulsion testing. Built on Agile Space Industries’ 12+ years of propulsion heritage, the Space Test Center will support high-throughput testing for small- to medium-class engines across commercial, civil, and national security space missions.

Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell recently noted that the next industrial evolution is happening in space — and that Oklahoma. He highlighted Agile Space Industries as a key example, with the company investing $20 million to build the Space Test Center at Tulsa International Airport.

The Space Test Center will introduce testing speed and capability not seen in decades. Today’s primary U.S. propulsion test stands were built during the Cold War and were never designed for the pace, volume, or technical demands of modern aerospace manufacturing. The STC is purpose-built to close that gap and support the rapid advancement of in-space propulsion.
