Behind every piece of glass is a team committed to quality.

From start to finish, every step of the process reflects the pride, precision, and craftsmanship our employees bring to work each day.

Labor Day exists because of people like ours: the crews who show up, run the lines, and take
pride in making something real. Happy Labor Day!

Continuous improvement isn’t just about improving the process, it’s about developing the people behind it.

We believe in giving our employees opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and build their skills. When someone is ready for the next step, we want to be able to recognize that potential and promote from within.

When our people grow, the company grows with them.

Safety is our #1 value, and our mission is simple: everyone goes home the way they arrived.

The people you work with make all the difference.

Here, teammates look out for one another because we genuinely care. We want everyone to stay safe, stay healthy, and make it home to the people who matter most at the end of the day.

Float glass gets its name from how it's made: molten glass floats on a bed of molten tin inside
our furnace, which runs 24/7, cooling into smooth, perfectly flat sheets.

No stopping, no shortcuts, just consistent quality day after day.

Our schedule might not be conventional, but our team has found plenty to like about it.

Two days off. Two days on. Two days off. Three days on. Plus, every other weekend off.

A schedule that gives you plenty of time away from work and helps create a little more balance in your life. Sometimes, different is a good thing.

Here's a number that'll make your jaw drop: each of our float glass plants is over 350,000 square feet under one roof.

That's roughly six times the size of a typical Walmart.
