We just completed a Dryvit Outsulation Plus MD EIFS Stucco System project at the new sport complex being built in Ottumwa, IA. It was long days, and unpredictable weather threw a wrench in scheduling, but we got it done and it looks amazing! We got to meet some great people and had fun driving heavy machinery. Can’t wait to come back and see the whole project completed!

EIFS stucco restoration project. 98% of the face had to be scraped off. We applied a picking-up coat to create a nice flat surface to existing EIFS. Then we browned, and then finished the entire face with matching color and texture.

Before and after pictures of ceiling and walls that were damaged by a leaking roof. We boarded, plastered smooth coat with traditional lime plaster, and painted the trim and walls. Owners picked beautiful colors to put on their historic walls. Super pleased!

This was a very extensive project. With numerous rain days in between, we ended up finishing just in time as the cold weather rolled in. We are so very pleased with the finished result!

The paint on all surfaces of this side needed scraped, chipped and sanded off of stucco, wood, and foundation. The foundation was reformed around a broken concrete ledge and every crack and crevice was filled and smoothed over. We then power washed, caulked, and wood filled the trim and windows that did not need the wood replaced. We replaced the wood siding with new wood siding and added trim surrounding it. Four out of the 8 larger windows, we replaced the wood. We sanded, wood filled, and caulked the new windows to give them a nice clean look. We then re-did the top two stucco patches to make them blend better. We then sprayed two layers of thick primer over the entire surface. The final top coat was finished with two thick layers as well. And finally, we hand painted all of the trim and windows. The final result we could not be any prouder. The transformation is absolutely amazing!

Completely re-skimmed a bathroom that had holes and heavy tile glue. Smooth as glass!
