Kymera International is pleased to welcome Willson Ropp as Chief Executive Officer.

Willson brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across specialty materials, industrial minerals, chemicals manufacturing, and global business transformation. Most recently, he served as Chairman and CEO of Prince International, where he led the company’s transformation into a global growth platform through operational excellence, organic expansion, and the successful integration of 20 acquisitions.

His experience building high-performing manufacturing organizations and driving long-term growth aligns closely with Kymera’s continued focus on safety, operational excellence, customer success, and value creation.
