This house was almost written off. Awkward layout. Outdated everything. No clear path forward.

But homes like 3601 Swan St. are why we love what we do. With thoughtful design and a lot of problem solving, we turned a passed over property into a home ready for its next chapter.

This kitchen went from tired to totally dialed in. Every inch was designed with intention. Custom pull-out drawers that actually make cooking easier. A tile feature wall that gives you all the warmth of a wood accent without the worry. A built-in coffee nook because mornings deserve their own moment. And double ovens with custom organization that make hosting (and everyday chaos) feel effortless.

Warm, elegant, and full of personality. This is a kitchen that works hard and looks good doing it.
