Customer called a few nights ago at 8:30 and was trapped in her garage! The cable/bracket broke and bound the door up. It also snapped the cog on the motor. “Tis the season” for all these leaves to pile up in your gutters! This causes huge problems for water flow, facia boards, foundations and just general rotten wood!
