That is the word that I think of when I think of my guys and
These two guys have shown up day in and day out and have consistently put in the work to learn. They’re getting faster and faster but they’re eye for the details is what impresses me most about them.
I’ve hired the guys with 5-10 yrs experience that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what they were worth. They were Worthless. They were entitled and threw fits for getting paid what they were getting paid.
These two are eager to learn and have sponge-like attitudes. They’re going to make big moves in this industry. Just you watch.
If you want to win and win BIG come work with us. I no longer look for experience and someone wanting a paycheck. I want WINNERS. If you’re not a winner…this company isn’t for you.
