Jack's Construction, Inc. Building quality homes since 1980 Jack and Beverly Bronner were married in 1964 in Omaha, NE. began. in 1980.

Jack was an air-traffic controller and his work brought him to Alaska where Jack's Inc. They have been building quality homes since 1973, and started Jack's Construction Inc. They have built hundreds of homes throughout Anchorage, Eagle River and Wasilla. Jack and Beverly helped raise their grandson, Tyler Swain and supported him throughout his career to become a residential endorsement contractor

. Jack and Beverly worked closely with Tyler to teach him everything they know about building amazing homes, so that they may pass the reigns to him and his family. They are also grooming his fiancé, Christa Finley to take care of the administration side of things for the company. Jack is now retired amd Tyler has begun to carry on the Jack's Inc. legacy building beautiful, quality homes for Alaskan families. Tyler was born and raised in Alaska amd has been involved in building his entire life. He acquired his Eagle Scout at the age of 14, for his project he built an emergency exit ramp for the Serendipity Senior Day Care Center. After graduating high school, Tyler went on to attend the University of Eastern Oregon to play college football. Ultimately his calling was to return to Alaska amd build homes with Jack and Beverly. He is now a residential endorsement contractor, licensed in Alaska. He has worked in the family business while attending school, preparing to launch his own style of building. Christa Finley has been working in administration for 5 years and has been learning the ins and outs of the building business in order to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’ve ever had to have an ice dam removed, you know it isn’t cheap.

The cost of ice dam removal, however, is nowhere near the cost of a roof repair, replacement, home interior water damage, or electrical issues.

To put things in perspective, it is recommended to have ice dams removed immediately to prevent costly damage to your shingles and water damage to your home. Ice dam removal at the intervention level is costly at $350/hour with the majority of jobs taking between 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete.

We knew we needed to create a service that catered to prevention, not just intervention, so we created our Ice Dam Prevention Plan.

This plan allows us to do the work to prevent ice dams for our clients at a reasonable rate as opposed to damage control when the ice dam has already formed.

At just $150 a month plus $3 per ice melt puck, we inspect your roof twice a month as well as shovel any problem areas on your roof so you can get through the winter worry free.
