Update on one of our commercial projects. 🔧

Here's Lewis working on the framing for a shower section, making sure all the piping is in line long before any walls go up.

It's not the most visible part of the job, but getting it right ensures the project holds up for years.

Whether it's a new build or a renovation, getting the airflow right in a commercial space is one of the most important parts of the job. Proper ventilation keeps air circulating, reduces moisture buildup, and makes sure the building is comfortable and up to code year round.

It's not the most visible part of a project, but it's one of the first things you notice when it's missing.

Every bathroom starts the same way. Bare framing, rough-in pipes, and a lot of open wall space. The tile, the fixtures, the finished look you actually see, none of that happens without getting the plumbing right first.

This one went from raw framing to a clean tile shower and tub surround. Two bathrooms, one project, done right from the ground up.

Nobody wants to think about their furnace in July, but that’s exactly why it’s the best time to deal with it!

If your system struggled to keep up last winter, or you’ve been putting off a repair, summer is when we have the most flexibility to get it scheduled, sized right, and installed before the demand of a real Alaska winter hits.

Waiting until snow is on the ground means longer wait times and less choice in equipment.
