Just finished up a kitchen remodel. We removed the 12"x12" ceiling tiles and replaced it with tongue and groove knotty pine. Painted the walls, painted the window jambs and casing white, installed new base and shoe, replaced the flooring with luxury vinyl plank that emulates stone, painted the cabinet fronts and replaced the doors and hardware with a more modern style, replaced the '70's style handrail and balusters, and replaced 2 doors (which have to be painted still). On to the next....

Another one in the books. 30'x40'x14' tall. 8 windows, 1 service door, a 12'x12' and a 16'x 8' overhead doors. We had rain, Arctic temps and a bunch of snow during this job. Next up is a kitchen remodel, indoors will be nice 🙂.

We recently installed a 98" wide x 55" tall bow window for a customer that we previously built a deck and resided their house. We appreciate our repeat customers that trust us with all their projects. Now on to this window, if it weighed 2 more pounds we would have needed a forklift to install it. Especially with it being 8' off the ground. Phew....that was difficult. On to the next.

The last roof of the year. We had to tear it off, and then install 1/2" OSB over the existing sheeting because the roof was extremely wavy from the sheeting not being installed correctly ( no plywood clips) and then new shingles. It's been a very busy year, we appreciate everyone's business and patience. On to the next.

We had to get help for this one, 183 total square of shingles (that's 552 bundles) tore off and replaced. 1,100 feet of ridge cap, 6 square of rubber roof. Glad that's done, at the Everett Resort and Marina bar. 5 buildings. On to the next.

This is a 12'x18' addition we recently finished. It has tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling, spray foam insulated, LVP flooring and a new roof on the entire house. Turned out nice. On to the next.

A recent deck we built. 448 square feet with 2 sets of stairs. Cedartone treated lumber and black aluminum balusters. But we did run into some issues, when we removed the old deck we found that it wasn't originally flashed properly causing some rotten plywood behind the ledger.
We fixed it. On to the next.
