Check out this job I just did. I'm not sure why the original builder thought this would be a good idea to start with, but it's all fixed up now and ready to caulk and paint to prevent any further issues. All vertical pieces of trim primed on both ends so there will be no more swelling from moisture in the future. Looks good and on to the next one! Have some issues with your home but not sure how to fix them? Let me know and I'll swing by and we can talk about it.

Sometimes you've just got to find the time no matter what it takes to clean up the clutter, organize, and make room for your dreams. Spent the entire weekend modifying my Dad's old workbench top, building 2 shelves, and "finding my garage". The shelf suspended from the ceiling was not as easy as I thought it would for one man to do, but lots of stuff is now off the floor! Uuuh that gravity was fighting me the entire time lol.

Do you or someone you know have a house that you're getting ready to sell? Does it need some TLC before the photos and an open house? I'm very blessed and grateful to have helped another client check off their to-do list and not have to stress (as much) when getting ready to sell their home.
