An industry need helped spark a partnership between Colorado Mountain College and R&H Mechanical to build an accredited HVAC program designed around real workforce demand in the Roaring Fork Valley. With evening classes, hands-on training and direct industry connections, students are gaining the skills to advance in a high-demand field while continuing to work.

As student Nathan O’Neill shared, the program helped him “understand the whole process” and expand his opportunities in the industry.
