Amid Coronavirus concerns (COVID-19) we are doing our part to ensure your safety when shopping with us. You have trusted us as your preferred supplier and we feel it is only right to protect you any way we can.
Effective Immediately for the safety of our Customers and Associates we have decided to close access to our showrooms for our Earth City, Springfield, Champaign, Davenport and Peoria locations. We will continue to operate and serve our customers with the following measures:
WILL CALL/ORDER PICKUP
We will gladly continue to maintain pickup orders. We ask that you reach out to us via phone/email/text to let us know you have arrived to pick up an order. We will bring your items out to you and we ask that you remain in your vehicle. This is for your protection as well as for our employees!
EQUIPMENT/LARGE ORDERS
For equipment or large/heavy parts that need to be loaded with a forklift, we ask that you have your doors open ready for our teams to load you up prior to calling in.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
During this time we will not be accepting cash or check. You may use credit card and will need to call the store to provide payment details and you will then be emailed a receipt.
THE PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL WILL BE POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR OF OUR SUPPLY STORES.
