We’ve spent the off season developing and building our team and yesterday our training room was filled with a combined 1,100 years of experience. Our annual Safety/ Professional Development Day was a great way to kick off the 2026 season. It was a valuable day spent focusing on safety, strengthening our team, and connecting with both familiar faces and new ones.

We wrapped up our day with Repurposed Educator: Self Aware Leadership, which was a great reminder of the importance of leadership, communication, and working together as we head into the new season.

We're excited to get the 2026 season started.

Our leadership trip to Florida was a great reminder that strong teams are built through connection, trust, shared experiences, and memories made together. Taking time to step away from the daily routine gave our team the opportunity to strengthen relationships, grow as leaders, and focus on what it takes to move DEC forward together.

Between the good food, Florida sun and plenty of time to connect, this trip gave us the chance to invest in our team, create lasting memories, and continue building the leadership that drives success. We’re excited for what’s ahead and all that we’ll accomplish together.
