Check out this remodel we recently completed for our friends Trevor and Darcey Sloneker! The warm wood tones turned out awesome. Too bad we weren't able to get proper "before" pics but these "after" pics turned out amazing. The original home still had carpet in the kitchen..... we tried to get them to keep it for nostalgia reasons with little success 😀

FOR RENT: $2550/mo 1555 Ashland Ave, St Paul park

We just finished up a lengthy remodel on one of our rental properties in St Paul Park. Our guys, once again, did a fantastic job. This was a whole home remodel including finishing an unfinished basement. New furnace, new AC, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, new windows, new flooring, new deck, new lighting, take down walls, etc, etc. Finally ready to find a renter!

Another main level home remodel wrapped up for some wonderful clients in Eden Prairie. New kitchen, updated 1/2 bath, new floors, new doors, new millwork, craftsman wainscoat in the dining room, scrape and respray ceilings and a new railing system for the staircase. The Marshall Brothers crew of craftsmen, once again, nailed it! WE LOVE OUR JOB!

A new kitchen project we recently completed for two fantastic humans! This old kitchen was dark and the cabinets had reached the end of their useful life so we opened up some walls to let some light in, sanded the floors, installed a new kitchen with a huge center island and now it's much more inviting!

STORM DAMAGE......

The Marshall Brothers team will be availble to help with any storm related damage. Depending on the severity, we will be providing preservation services to protect your home from further damage if windows are broken, shingles are damaged, siding mishaps, etc.
If the storm is a bad as predicted, contractors will be in short supply so reach out asap so we can get you on the service rounds as we assist the public with tarping roofs, boarding windows and mitigating water infiltration issues. 763-772-6299

Whew! We just wrapped up another full home remodel. This one started with an addition a few years back, then we converted a bedroom to a master bathroom, completed a LL bathroom (both bathrooms feature walk in showers and custom made barnwood vanities), finished the basement and then wrapped it up with a kitchen remodel. Turned out awesome!

Bittersweet end to an illustrius career! Scott Leffler joined the Marshall Brothers team 3 years ago and this last week was his last week of work. We are proud to have called him a brother and wish him all the best in his retirement! Thank you Scott for the tireless support and the professionalism you brought to MBI and our customers. You'll always have a spot on the team if you get bored enjoying cabin life😁 but we won't hold our breath. Until then...we'll continue to make sure your SSI checks are funded!
