Meet Matt Albitton! One of Kapital Steel's best employees. Matt runs one of our Ingersoll Planer Mills here at Kapital & must make sure that all the various qualifications for each customer are met while milling our plates! Matt has been with Kapital over 4 years now. With over 25 years experience, Matt proves his worth every day around here. While living in Lake Station, his hobbies include building, fixing, and tinkering with things. He loves making people laugh and always has a smile on his face! Keep up the good work Matt!

Brian Karwatka is the powerhouse behind the scenes at Kapital Steel. As a Laborer, his daily tasks include wiping down and bundling steel bars, handling cleanup duties, and contributing to various small projects.

Brian's enthusiasm for learning shines through, as he takes on his first role in the steel industry. His unique journey includes mastering stick-shift while operating a forklift, showcasing his adaptability.

Beyond the steel mill, Brian is a multi-talented individual. He's a skilled softball player, an avid bowler in a local league, and he finds joy in drumming as a hobby. Family is at the core of his life, alongside his parents and younger brother.
