Dennis Erb Racing Wraps Up 112 Race Season with Pair of Top Tens at Senoia Raceway
(CARPENTERSVILLE, ILLINOIS) The Dennis Erb Racing team was in the pit area at Senoia Raceway in Senoia, Georgia on November 14-15 for the 'Peach State Classic' weekend, which concluded the FloRacing Night in America Series season as well as their own 2025 campaign. Last Friday night in the $20,000 to win 'Peach Bowl' opener, Dennis Erb Jr grabbed the fourth and final transfer spot through his stacked heat race prior to picking off four competitors during the course of the 50-lap feature. At the checkers, Dennis found himself in the tenth finishing position in the weekend lid lifter.
In Saturday's annual 'Peach State Classic' finale, which boasted a hefty $30,000 payday, Dennis ran fourth once again in his heat race and later rolled off from the outside of the seventh row in the 75-lapper. The Carpentersville, Illinois standout then steered past six racecars during the contest to land in the eighth spot. Following the pair of top tens, Dennis was placed sixth in the final point standings for the FloRacing Night in America tour. Since his season opener back on January 17, Dennis entered a total of 112 races across the country and amassed a pair of feature victories, along with 31 top fives and 65 top tens. His first win of the 2025 campaign came on May 25 at Spoon River Speedway in Banner, Illinois, as Dennis recorded a $5,000 triumph against MARS Racing Series foes. He then picked up a $12,000 top prize on October 3 in a World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series shootout at Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kansas.
Dennis parlayed that single World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory, 10 top fives, and 25 top tens into a fifth place effort in the final national touring series point standings, which was worth an extra $100,000 to the #28 team. For his sixth place finish in the final FloRacing Night in America Series points, Dennis received an additional $5,000 in earnings. He topped the overall speed chart during qualifying on two different occasions, while racking up 18 heat race wins during the 2025 season.
