We're ! Kodiak Heating & Air | Professional Climate Control is seeking Technicians and Admin Staff to grow our team! We need both residential and commercial service or installation technicians, and offer Prevailing Wage pay about 40% of the time as we do a lot of Municipality work! We also have Apprenticeship Positions available for anyone who has previously completed an HVAC learning course. Offering a $500 referral bonus for any hired candidates as well as sign on bonuses for new hires commensurate with experience.

We are looking for someone with:

- A minimum of (3) years experience in working with residential heating and cooling systems.

- The ability to install, service and maintain residential air conditioning systems of all types including High Efficiency Equipment, Split Systems, Furnaces & Boilers

- Knowledge of rooftop packaged equipment, chillers, commericial split and mini split systems, maintain hydronic and steam boilers a huge plus!

- Please Have EPA Certifications & A Valid Drivers License, and be able to lift 50+ pounds. Please be familiar with tools associated with the trade, and be able to set up and climb ladders safely

This is a full time position that pays $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 Base Salary + Commission & Performance Bonuses and is negotiable based on experience.

Family owned and operated HVAC business located in East Hanover seeks full time Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative for a temp to hire position.

We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, which includes providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The is a temporary position from date of hire until October 1st, and a permanent position may be available at this time upon review.

Job Duties

Data Entry
Filings & Mailings
Scheduling Appointments
Answering Phones & Inputting Customer Information Into Dispatching Software
Following up via telephone and email with customers and service technicians after appointments.
Light Office Cleaning / Ordering of Office Supplies

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Experience in HVAC or Construction Related Industry setting preferred, but not required.

Hours for this position are 8AM-4PM M-F
