Clover Corporation is a family owned and operated HVAC equipment distributor incorporated in 1976.

The company was founded by Harry and Eileen Cullinane to offer quality HVAC equipment to the Natural Gas HVAC marketplace. Harry was employed by the American Gas Association to oversee and grow the department’s sales of commercial and industrial gas in New York. In 1966 Harry accepted a position as the Director of Commercial & Industrial Sales for the then Hartford Gas Company known today as Conne

cticut Natural Gas. In 1971 Harry was asked to consider representing the Servel natural gas cooling product line which had been purchased by The Dometic Corporation. Harry agreed, forming Clover Corporation with his wife Eileen and began calling on area contractors to purchase HVAC equipment. His first sale of natural Gas air conditioners was to his previous employer the Harford Gas Company. With his wife Eileen by his side handling calls, replacement parts, and keeping the books. Arkla Servel™ natural gas absorption chillers (Air Conditioners) their main product line was soon followed by Schwank infra-red radiant heating equipment and REZNOR™ Natural gas heating equipment allowing the company to grow. Located in southern New England, Harry and Eileen were able to serve the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts markets while raising three children. Their sons Hank and Brian joined the ranks of the business their father had built to become a full-service HVAC provider. Hank joined the Clover sales team in 1986, after attending the Catholic University in Washington, DC bringing his technical expertise in infra-red heat, gas cooling, and standards and codes. Brian joined in 1991 after graduating from The Northeastern University School for Business Management and Entrepreneurship (Boston, MA), and further helped the company make technological advancements. Together they brought and bought the company to new levels allowing the company to grow into a multi-million-dollar distribution company. That growth brought the integration of new equipment lines, including complimentary infra-red heating lines, conventional commercial/residential heating and cooling equipment, and Tecochill natural gas engine driven chillers, and even the 3rd Generation of Cullinanes. The company continues to offer training to keep customers up to date with the new gas, electric, and oil technologies. Following their father’s legacy, Hank and Brian expanded the family business to its current location and state of the art 30,000 + sq ft distribution facility. There they have future fabrication/production capabilities as well as a factory certified training center to serve all New England and the Greater Northeast continuing to make improvements not only to the family business and facility but to the heating and cooling industry to come.
